Description from the seller

Chess Ricardo Heart of a Lion

Historical chess in a luxury edition, with a theme about Richard I of England, Richard the Lionheart, the Knights Templar and the Crusades, in the Holy Land, against Saladin and the Arab troops.

The pieces are a spectacular medieval historical set in bronze with gold and silver colors, with the pawns' shields enameled, with great attention to detail in their craftsmanship. Special mention deserves the Arab horses; they are spectacular. In reality all the pieces are beautiful. Judge for yourself.

With dimensions for Richard I and Saladin of 8.5 cm and the rest of the figures around 6.5 cm. They have a lot of weight.

The board-container where the pieces are stored is made of wood, beautifully decorated along the margins with scenes of weapons and medieval landscapes. With fairly large dimensions, a height of 6 cm and a width of 46 cm.

A whole opportunity to own a wonderful chess set that recalls the history of the Crusades, discontinued for more than 40 years.

The condition of the set is almost perfect, almost new, as you can see. Only a small scuff on one corner of the container, practically imperceptible.

Will be sent in appropriate packaging to protect it during transport. With tracking number
