Warranty:
The audio equipment we offer is mostly vintage gear 40 years old or older. Each device is carefully checked by us, professionally cleaned, and extensively tested before being offered for sale.
Despite this careful inspection, it may happen that a defect occurs on receipt or over time. Due to the age of the equipment, such faults can arise unexpectedly and are unfortunately beyond our control.
For this reason we cannot provide a warranty on vintage equipment. We understand this can be inconvenient and we think it is important to be transparent and honest about it. Of course, we do our utmost to deliver every device in as good a condition as possible.
We package our products very carefully so that the chance of transport damage remains small.
We also arrange transport insurance for every shipment.
