In good condition. It has been cleaned in a tumbler and repolished, so its surface is shiny and smooth, but the nice antique patina is preserved. Original, ancient, hand cutting,carving and grinding. Traces of use and age on its surface. The holes have been enlarged in modern time to make the piece wearable.

Purchased mid 90's in Mandalay/Burma by Dr. Zelnik on the local art market.
