S.C.Richard - Dessert service (7) - Porcelain

Elegant antique dessert service from the S.C. Richard manufactory (Società Ceramica Richard, Milan), dating from the early 20th century.

This rare service comprises 7 matching pieces:
• 6 dessert plates (diameter ~18.5 cm),
• 1 large cake or tart platter with pierced handles (25 to 27 cm depending on the side).

Each piece features a hand-painted floral motif, delicately colored, enhanced with relief gilding and Rococo-style motifs.

All pieces bear on the reverse the green stamp “S.C. Richard” with the heraldic griffin (lion-eagle) holding a shield and crossed flags.

Condition:
• Complete and uniform set, in excellent condition for its ~140 years.
• No cracks or chips.
• Glazed enamel bright and floral decor luminous.
• Light wear to the gilding on some edges, normal and discreet.
