Description from the seller
The brother of the iconic, still renowned PM-80. This receiver features an extremely wide range of inputs and functions, making it suitable as the central hub in both a stereo and a home cinema setup. The device includes Dolby Surround Pro Logic and a built-in FM/AM tuner with a digital display and memory.
There are exceptionally many connections at the rear. There is a phono input for a turntable and several line inputs available for, among other things, CD, tape decks (in and out), VCR 1 and 2, LaserDisc and additional auxiliary sources. In addition, the receiver offers multiple recording and pass-through options, making it easy to switch between sources and record.
Furthermore, there are connections for multiple speaker sets via speaker A and B, and there are options for a full surround setup including center and rear speakers. There are also various pre-out and signal connections that provide flexibility within an extensive system.
The amplifier is equipped with extensive control options such as bass, treble and balance, as well as a precise digital volume control in dB. Extra features such as tape dubbing, input selection, tuner presets and various sound settings complete the package.
The output power is approximately 2x 60–80 watts into 8 ohms, suitable for most hi-fi speakers (4–8 ohms). This ensures the receiver provides sufficient power for both music and movie applications.
The receiver functions as it should. Tuner and display work correctly. Physically in decent condition with normal signs of wear.
