Magnificent standing lamp, imposing, mid-century Scandinavian design style, large turned wooden base quite light in color, carved from a solid block with a large free wood ring. Mounting at the top, original socket and cord (black) screwed onto a top washer.

Base height 39 cm total, maximum diameter 15 cm (ring). Cable length about 1 m. It can serve as a floor lamp but would also be superb on a console or dresser. Unmarked. Very good overall condition, two cracks from woodwork at the base, fairly unobtrusive, a few scuff marks and wear, relatively discreet, shade clean. Functional. Approximately 3.5 kg.
