Splendid sofa bed model “Tortuga”, produced by Beka and designed by architect Cesare Leonardi, an icon of Italian design in the 1970s.

This piece perfectly represents the Space Age style, with futuristic lines, substantial volumes, and innovative materials typical of the era. The rigid plastic frame, with enveloping and sculpted shapes, integrates armrests with storage compartments, making the design not only aesthetic but also functional.

The sofa converts into a bed, a highly sought-after feature in modern antiques, ideal both as a collectible item and for daily use.

The original upholstery features a pleasant quilting and preserves the authentic charm of the era.
