Decorative ornament - Italy - Votive plaque

An oil-on-panel allegorical plaque from the mid-19th century, depicting a biblical figure within Baroque-style decorations in the shape of a coat of arms. It was probably fitted into a ceiling ornament or boiserie and shows age patina and restorations. Good condition, measures 30 x 28 cm. Due to current regulations it cannot be shipped outside the European Union.
