Lot consisting of 4 bottles (2 Capri line and 2 Sabina line) of 500 ml each, Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by Azienda Agricola Centonze Antonino, Sicily - Italy.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Riserva Blend".
Spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent.
Medium-light fruity flavor, round and full.
Great balance with a finish of tomato, almond and artichoke.
Ideal with all fish but also with legume soups, red meats, cheeses and all vegetable-based dishes.
Our oil is a “unicum” precisely due to the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact the olive trees are nourished by the minerals abundantly present in the tufa rock on which they majestically stand.
The location transfers to the olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, although Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced organoleptic intensity typical of Sicilian cultivars.
Centonze oil is characterized, like a pure food, as ideal to enhance all the flavors of the Mediterranean cuisine, with its green color, fruity aroma and a rich and complex aromatic composition.
