Vacheron Constantin dress watch from about the 1940s with down turned lugs and an amazingly designed dial with so many details that it's difficult to mention them all. 

This particular piece is notable for its great condition, a strong 18k yellow gold case and beautiful arranged golden roman numerals at 3, 9 and 12 o'clock.

This is a unique and extremely rare watch from this renowned manufacturer, often referred to as the twin of the Patek Philippe Calatrava.
