Beautiful decorative bronze statue of Shiva Nataraja, the Hindu god of the cosmic dance. In this form Shiva is known as the "King of the Dance".

Features and Symbolism
The Nataraja is one of the most iconic images in Hinduism and is full of symbolic meanings:

The Cosmic Dance (Tandava): His dance symbolizes the eternal cycle of creation, preservation, and destruction of the universe.

Attributes:
In his upper-right hand he often holds a drum (damaru), which gives the sound of creation.
His upper-left hand often contains a flame (agni), representing destruction.
His other hands make gestures (mudras) indicating protection and liberation.

Dimensions: 28.5 cm high and 22 cm wide.

Condition: in good condition, of course with signs of use. And a green patina.
