Stool - Beech - Height adjustable

Beautiful decorative and functional piano stool. The seat measures about 44 cm by 34 cm, and the seat height at the lowest setting is 46 cm. The seat can be lifted and turned up because a thick steel rod with a threaded screw is mounted underneath (see photos). The highest setting is about 62 cm. It can therefore be used by both adults and children, and positioned at just the right playing height.

The stool dates from the 1970s or 1980s and has a clean vintage look. It is made of wood, probably beech, with a metal screw mechanism that allows the seat to rotate (see photos). A very nice detail is the brown vinyl upholstery that is tufted. The upholstery still looks very good, although there are splits along two seams in the vinyl (see photos). These splits are only in the top layer and do not go through the fabric. because the material folds inward at the points of the splits, you hardly notice the splits.

What’s especially nice is that this stool is still 100% original, with all original mounting parts (see photos).

This stool shows light and logical signs of use at the bottom of the legs (see photos), but still looks good. All wear is natural wear. The stool is 100% stable and will be usable as a piano stool for many years to come. In addition, it is a decorative piece in any interior.
