Description from the seller

A museum collection piece.
Pair of candlesticks in solid silver (876 g), workshop of O. Pini (Florence),
Neoclassical / Restoration style with female herms, complete with original contemporaneous nozzles and hallmarked.
The hallmark is very common in the 1840–1860 period.
The silversmith's credibility was sufficient to guarantee the silver's title, before the unitary laws (and the later 1934 laws) regulated hallmarking.
Height about 28.5 cm, base diameter 11.8 cm
Total weight of the pair 876 g with no fillers at the base!
Outstanding condition
Tracked worldwide shipping with rigid packaging.

Seller's Story

Design and collecting, for passion and enjoyment! Large and small objects, furniture and lamps, recovered from abandoned houses or from attics that had become inconvenient, come back to life in the living rooms of modern homes and in new settings. But also accessories, collections, bags and watches that find new owners. We’re giving a second life to these extraordinary design pieces—and more!
