Orders are shipped, as established by Catawiki rules, within a maximum of 3 working days from payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local holidays). As soon as the tracking number is available, it will be communicated through the Catawiki system. Orders and messages are handled in chronological order. • TECHNICAL INFORMATION (READ CAREFULLY): For all watches, before shipping, their proper operation is verified. For all watches with date, to avoid possible damage to the movement, do not manually adjust the date with the crown if the time on the watch is between 20:00 and 03:00; this rule applies to all watches with a date function. • WARRANTY INFORMATION (READ CAREFULLY): Please note that you will not receive any tax document with the goods, as all online transactions we conduct are recorded in the sales register as required by current Italian law. The invoice or tax receipt is mandatory only if requested by the customer immediately after payment. To use the warranty, you must present only and exclusively the card you will receive with the watch. IMPORTANT: For non-EU buyers, customs duties and import charges are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
