Description from the seller

Charming pair of blown glass vases with polychrome enamel decoration.

Background gradient from green to yellow then reddish-orange, depicting a lakeside landscape at sunset, with trees, fishermen and birds in flight.

Work attributed to the Legras workshops in Saint-Denis around 1890.

Typical series of the so-called landscapes that made Legras successful with the bourgeoisie of the Belle Époque.

In good condition, some small wear to the decoration, a tiny nibble on the neck of one vase.
