Grote eikenhouten kist met messing grepen en in het deksel een plaquette met gegraveerd monogram DM of MD. Op het slot gemerkt: Lemerre-Renaux Orfèvre Roubaix. Het interieur met rood velours van later datum. Inclusief sleutel. 

In goede staat. Kleine beschadigingen en restauraties over het geheel. Het slot is werkend. Zie ook de foto’s die deel uitmaken van de omschrijving.
