IWC Schaffhausen – Caliber 83 – 18K Solid Gold – circa 1944

Elegant vintage IWC Schaffhausen men’s wristwatch from the 1940s, powered by the respected hand-wound IWC Caliber 83 movement.

The watch features a classic dial with Arabic numerals, railway minute track and small seconds at 6 o’clock. The dial shows natural patina and age-related spotting, consistent with its age.

The case is made of solid 18K gold / 0.750 and is fully marked on the inside. Case number: 1011996. Fixed/faceted lugs. Generic aftermarket crown and leather strap.
