Description from the seller
Premium - Celestine Geode
An essential piece for your interior decor
Celestine comes from the Latin term « coelestis » which means « heavenly ». More commonly it is translated as « sky blue ». It was in 1789, shortly after its discovery, that the German mineralogist Abraham Gottlob Werner named this crystal, whose reflections resemble a sky bathed in light.
Its very soft color has earned it the name « Stone of Angels ». According to legend, it was born from the pure and hypnotic song of angels. It is also associated with the Pleiades constellation, considered the spiritual cradle of humanity.
Many synonyms are attached to it, among which celestite, cliftonite, dioxynite, sicilianite, or strontian sulfate.
