We present a magnificent Soumak Kuba from Azerbaijan, an authentic Caucasian piece 100% handmade.
Woven in high-quality wool with fine silk details on a cotton base, this art stands out for its extremely fine and tight structure, a characteristic of the finest works from the Kuba region. The Soumak (soumakh) technique is clearly visible on the reverse, with the floating threads typical of this traditional Caucasian weave.
