The car has always been well maintained and has never received a full restoration; its overall condition is very good and everything works correctly, always well cared for and with repairs made to parts that required it. It is a vehicle that I have used a lot and its on-road performance is very good, it can cover any distance, it is a smooth and pleasant drive, very comfortable and typical of Citroën DS. The chrome mouldings and door and fender embellishments were bought new in 2022, as well as other details. The hubcaps and bumpers are in good condition, they are original and show a few normal dings from use; no part needs to be replaced. The directional headlights work and are activated with the right button, along with the low beams; they turn with the steering wheel while maintaining the original system.
Interior of the Vehicle:
The original interior of the Pallas model is unmistakable, brown leather and matching carpeting. It shows some minor age-related defects but is in very good condition. It features an armrest between the front seats. The dashboard is in very good condition and has no cracks; all the original climate-control components are present and functional.
The carpeting is original, in good condition but shows some wear from years of use. The headliner was replaced with a new one in 2022. The door panels are in very good condition and only the driver’s door armrest shows a small, barely noticeable seam separation.
