Stefanie Raus's Golden 1532 XXL is an original, hand-signed 110 × 110 cm mixed-media artwork rolled without a canvas, produced in 2026 in Germany and sold directly by the artist, with a certificate of authenticity and suitable for a 100 × 100 × 2 cm frame, weighing 1 kg.
Description from the seller
A quiet, powerful work that lives entirely from the impact of material and light.
At the center is an almost rectangular area of gold leaf, applied in individual segments. The overlaps, fine cracks, and irregular edges make the creation process visible—nothing is smooth or perfect, but consciously alive. The gold sometimes appears soft and shimmering, other times brittle and almost weathered. Depending on the incidence of light, gentle transitions arise between warm, saturated and almost transparent parts.
The black frame creates a clear contrast and encloses the luminous surface like a quiet window. This gives the work something icon-like, almost meditative.
Overall the painting radiates deep calm — like a condensed surface of light, time, and stillness. It is less about representation and more about presence: gold not as jewelry, but as space, as a surface that breathes and changes with the viewer.
The dimensions of the work are 110x110 cm. Through the minimalist framing and placement in a modern room, the painting exudes contemporary elegance. The strong colors and the abstracted formal language can symbolize emotions such as passion, movement, or vitality.
The format of the picture is 110x110 cm. It is shipped rolled, without a frame. A frame measuring 100x100x2 cm can be used.
All works by the artist are unique. They are handmade paintings created with various techniques. The cracks, nicks, elevations, paint splatters are part of the painting style. They are not defects and are intended by the artist.
All works are hand-signed and sent with a certificate of authenticity.
The certificate is rolled inside the shipping tube on the inner wall.
