These are two Vatican divisional sets in Proof version,
The first, from 2009, with a 45-gram silver medal, commemorating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vatican State, minted in only 15,000 specimens,
The second, from 2013, with a 26-gram 20-euro silver coin, commemorating the 200th anniversary of Giuseppe Verdi's birth, minted in only 11,000 specimens.
