Skeleton clock dating to 2022, with a mechanical brass movement under a glass case, 8-day power reserve, not striking, origin United Kingdom.
Description from the seller
Skeleton clock, so-called watermill clock, with a large water wheel and marbles. This industrial clock features a large paddle wheel on the right side with small steel balls. The weight of these balls powers the clock. The time is read on a large porcelain dial with black Arabic numerals. Every minute a small ball falls from the water wheel onto a track, where the steel ball rolls to the left. The water tower with a large spiral pillar picks up the balls one by one and lifts them up. Every 60 seconds a steel ball falls from the left tower into the channel toward the water wheel. This cycle repeats as long as the clock runs. The clock has a pendulum on the back to regulate the time. The entire operation of this clock is like a water wheel—the balls flow through the channel and a clock sits on the large water wheel.
The clock is protected by a glass case with a door at the front.
The clock is 46 cm high, 41 cm wide and 25 cm deep, including the glass cap.
The original was made by Peter Bonnert.
This is a beautiful reproduction, made in China.
The clock comes with a clear user manual/instructions in English (translated with Google Translate).
The movement has been checked by a clockmaker and runs well.
Operation is on YouTube: https://youtu.be/WPeSsWwXyMI
Skeletal clock is securely packed and shipped in two packages, insured with track & trace.
The glass dome is shipped in a separate package.
Shipping costs are therefore somewhat higher!!!
