During his second collaboration with Porsche, Daniel Arsham rebuilt a 1986 Porsche 930 (the turbo variant of the Porsche 911) and dressed it in a livery inspired by a model that competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1980. For the third installment of his collaboration with Mattel Creations, Arsham adapted this design, preserving a similar color palette while replacing the old commercial logos with symbols unique to his universe. On closer inspection, one can even glimpse a badge reading “3020 Rallye Monte-Carlo”—a riddle posed for an archaeological discovery from the future.
