Description from the seller

The lot consists of 6 pieces, including scenes and figurines representing French military during the Napoleonic Wars, dating from between 1804 and 1812, in detail:

- A scene by Beneito in white metal, depicting a resting Polish lancer with various accessories (see image). The piece was produced in a limited edition of 600 pieces (as stated on the box) by the Spanish Beneito towards the end of last century and of course is no longer in production; highly sought after.

- One figurine by Metal Models sculpted by the famous Bruno Liebovitz in white metal depicting a line infantry hoeing farmer (note: likely a farm laborer—the original Italian wording seems to intend a line infantryman or a farm worker; translated as “a farm laborer” in white metal).

- A scene showing a Polish lancer at rest seated on the edge of a well with a girl playing, by Andrea Miniaturas

- A French line infantry lancer at rest, leaning on a paling, with the tack of his horse, also by Andrea Miniatures

- A soldier of the French line infantry leaning on a tombstone reading a letter, seated on the ground next to a dead comrade, by Nemrod

- Finally, the most beautiful piece, a scene set during the Spanish Campaign that depicts 3 dragoons approaching a typical local house, fearing an ambush.

The first four pieces are in white metal; the last two are in resin. All are as new in their original boxes, some still sealed.
