Snuff box - .900 silver - Amber and Silver Box

A beautiful 900 silver box, likely of English origin, although it lacks a silver hallmark; however, tests for 900 silver have been carried out and proved positive. The silver piece features an engraved lid and a medallion in natural amber, also engraved with raised motifs on its surface. It dates from the mid-20th century. It is in excellent condition with no chips or dents, and the hinge is in perfect condition. Please see the photos.
