London Universal Electric fan - Alloy

Absolutely fascinating and decorative, a vintage off-the-sleeve fan, we are exactly in the mid-20th century decade. Cream-toned heavy alloy base enamelled in cream, the blades fully crafted in aluminum, metal collar with logo, retro mid-century industrial style. It has been disassembled for cleaning and polishing, bears signs of age that certify its absolute authenticity, and it is operational (photos 3 and 4) at both speeds, ready to use with the characteristic mechanical whir. Noting, as highlighted in the latest images, the presence (rare) of the plug for voltage variation (no. 6 from 110V to 280V). Descriptive accompanying images will, as usual, be securely packed and shipped to its new home.
