For all watches with metal bracelets and leather, rubber, nato straps, etc., it is possible to remove links, punch/shorten with the proper tools; if you are not able to do it yourself please consult a professional
All automatic watches at first use must be wound as well by the crown; wrist movement alone is not sufficient to maintain the required power reserve

RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH DATE
To avoid possible damage to the watch mechanism, please do not set the date with the crown when the time is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is recommended to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models have a screw-down crown; for settings you need to gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Don’t forget to securely tighten the crown after adjusting.)
