Titus Geneve - Men - 1950-1959

Titus Geneve, in a splendid model of wrist chronograph, with a multi-scale dial, with a very interesting movement based on Landeron 248, with personalized and revised contributions by Titus Geneve (I showed it to some experts and more than one found some resemblance to Universal movements of the era, but these are judgments and opinions).
The dial does not seem repainted; I cannot find points where repainting could be glimpsed, but I deliberately took very close photos just to leave the judgment to you.
Rather in a couple of spots the tachymetric scales overlap and so do the inscriptions.
The watch functions perfectly, although being idle for some time it might require cleaning and lubrication in order to optimize timekeeping.
About 38 mm in diameter, crown excluded.
Some scratches and signs of wear, especially on the chrome-plated part and on the metal pushers, but in the photos they appear more evident than in person.
Titus Geneve/Titus Solvil is a great brand on the open market and highly sought after by collectors.
