Electric Dreams è un duo artistico, entrambi nati negli anni '80, agli albori dell'era digitale che avrebbe scosso la loro immaginazione. Le loro traiettorie sono segnate dalla ricerca dell'altrove, da un'insaziabile sete di viaggio e di scoperta. Marc è cresciuto su un'isola spazzata dai venti e dal mare, dove l'orizzonte sembrava promettere infinito altrove. Dopo aver studiato sociologia, è partito, viaggiando per il mondo per nutrire la sua curiosità e ampliare le sue prospettive. Dopo aver trascorso molto tempo a disegnare in tutto il mondo, è tornato in Francia durante la pandemia COVID. Mentre attraversa un periodo professionale difficile, scopre l'intelligenza artificiale, che diventa presto il suo nuovo campo di sperimentazione. Caroline si è evoluta nel mondo dell'arte e delle immagini. Dopo gli studi artistici e l'inizio della carriera come assistente fotografa, diventa direttrice artistica di una rivista, pur coltivando una divorante passione per la fotografia. I suoi viaggi l'hanno portata anche ai confini di paesaggi lontani, dove ha trascorso il tempo catturando numerose immagini. La scoperta dell'intelligenza artificiale è un ulteriore strumento che aggiunge al suo lavoro. Le loro strade si incrociano e la loro alchimia artistica sboccia sotto il nome Electric Dreams, in riferimento al romanzo di Philippe K.Dick e ad un film degli anni '80. Insieme, rivisitano e reinventano le storie dei loro vagabondaggi, distorcendo le immagini raccolte qui lì per dare forma a visioni ibride, al crocevia tra realtà e immaginazione, tra natura e tecnologia. Con un tocco di umorismo e un pizzico di irriverenza…
