Steiff - Toy Cocker Spaniel ‘Cockie’ - 1950-1960 - Germany

You don’t see this dog come by very often.
‘Cockie’, the Cocker Spaniel, was produced only between 1951 and 1959; see also the information from the Steiff catalog on the last photo.
This is truly an old dog—a rare Steiff item.
Cockie is made of mohair with a snout of soft velvet.
The chest badge, button, and pennant are still present.
Cockie is 12 cm tall.
Overall condition is good!
