Since the 17th century, the Giusti family has cared for its Balsamic Vinegar, passing down a recipe that translates into complex harmonies of taste and into exceptional products appreciated around the world.
1 bottle "Five Gold Medals - Banda Rossa" of 750ml
Pride of Giusti’s acetaia, the “Banda Rossa” was the personal gift from Uncle Giuseppe to the current members of the family. It is full-bodied and substantial, and stands out for its unmistakable complexity and aromatic richness. Among others, notes of prunes, black cherries, and a sweet spice infused by the ancient woods in which it rested, which lingers long after tasting.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In batteries of antique casks dating to the 1700s-1800s. A limited quantity is drawn once a year.
Packed with its elegant wooden case.
