This lens is known under another name: Meyer Orestor 100mm f2.8. It is one of the finest portrait lenses of the 1970s. The Exakta-mount version is quite rare. You can find many adapters for use on hybrid cameras.
The focusing ring is a bit stiff (but not excessive)
