This work is another step in my inquiry, of trying to reach the mystery that, for me, is all Picasso’s painting and where it leads me.
It is a need to confront the artist universally considered the great master and to unravel the very nature of artistic creation.
Drawing inspiration from Picasso’s achievements I see as a way to contribute to preserving the tradition.

I try to move within the act of continuing to reinvent cubism, giving it a current air.
I regularly access parameters I consider recurring, such as the constant assimilation of images from the past, playing with the language of others, focusing on old and modern painters.
I feel the sensation of a constant plunge inward into history.
My study and exploration of the cubist movement, especially the entire extensive trajectory of Picasso, lead me into unknown territories.
In each painting I try to review the problems and solutions Picasso posed with cubism.
For me, cubism is a very important artistic movement in the history of art.
