Driade presents Millepiedi, a new bench with a playful and versatile spirit created by Studio Catoir, inspired by the archetype of the three-legged milking stool.
The multiplication of legs spontaneously evokes the actual image of a centipede and emphasizes the beauty of the natural material, namely wood, and the craftsmanship involved in creating and assembling the various elements. The final result is a bench that weaves aesthetics and surprise.
Millepiedi has five seats and evenly spaced ground supports, entirely made of solid ash wood in the open-pore ebonized finish (visible grain).
It is intended for indoor use only, and it is also possible to couple multiple benches together.
