Beomaster 4000, model Beomaster 4000, year of manufacture 1976, in excellent physical condition and tested and functional, with dimensions 58 cm W × 9.5 cm H × 27 cm D, weight 10 kg, includes power cord.
Description from the seller
Gorgeous Beomaster 4000 in an undamaged rosewood cabinet.
Visually and technically in excellent condition.
The Beomaster 4000 was positioned above the Beomaster 3000-2. In addition to the many features of the 3000-2, it offered built-in ambiphonic stereo switching, connections for a second recorder, and, more importantly, more power. With a power output of 60W, the Beomaster 4000 was as powerful as the preceding Beolab 5000 system. Thanks to advances in electronics and manufacturing techniques, the capabilities of the Beolab 5000 could be housed in a smaller and more elegant enclosure, allowing B&O to again offer an amplifier with enormous power for its time.
Volume input signals can be adjusted from the bottom so that all connected devices sound equally loud.
Power output: 2 x 60 watts / 8 ohms
2 x 40 W / 4 ohms
2 x 100 W / 8 ohms
2 x 55 W / 4 ohms
Speaker Impedance 4 ohms

Bass control: +/- 17 dB
Treble control +/- 14 dB
