This is the latest and best version from 1997 of the mirror lenses produced by Nikon since 1968. It is in like-new condition and, uniquely, has a macro mode, allowing focusing up to 1.5 meters! Quick and simple focusing by turning the entire body. The magnification is 10x compared to a 50mm standard lens. The lens has a fixed aperture of f/8 and a rotating tripod collar. Usable on all Nikon SLR cameras from 1959! Also usable on digital SLRs, provided the lens data can be entered into the camera’s menu (see ‘lens without CPU’). All lens elements and mirrors are coated and there is a UV filter at the rear. Supplied with both lens caps and the original Nikon HN-27 hood. Total weight 850 grams.
