Art Nouveau vase Gallo Cedrone / Fagiano on the trunk - Producer Amphora (Riessner, Stellmacher & Kessel) - Model 4104 - Bohemia, circa 1900
Important ceramic Art Nouveau sculptural vase produced by the renowned Amphora manufactory (Riessner, Stellmacher & Kessel) in Teplitz, Bohemia, at the turn of the 20th century.
Material: glazed earthenware with finishes typical of the "Gres-Bijou" series in shades of forest green, blue, and coppery reflections.
The piece presents in excellent aesthetic condition. Excellent sculptural state. Professional invisible restoration on the upper edge (repair of an old glaze fault). Vines and branches perfectly intact.
Measurements: 52 x 31 x 31 cm
