Black plastic folding portable serving cart, vintage design Italy 1980s.
Design: The cart features a two-level structure with tiltable rectangular trays, and it is mounted on wheels to facilitate movement. A collectible piece, fairly rare.
Materials and Functionality: It is made of rigid black plastic, lightweight yet sturdy (for fans of Kartell, Gedy, iGuzzini and other plastic designs) designed to be foldable to save space when not in use.
Use: It is ideal as a service cart in the kitchen, dining room or bar or terrace.
Good condition for its age with some minor marks
The trays bear two inscriptions impressed on the edges:
Closed: measures about 58 cm x 83 cm x 6 cm
Opened: measures about 58 cm x 80 cm x 40 cm
Note: there are some abrasions on one of the upper sides near the hinge/pivot, as visible in the last photo. Normal and light signs consistent with time and use of the object.
