Description from the seller
In this auction, a selection of works by Master Orazio Ceppatelli, an artist born in Montecatini Val di Cecina and trained at the Free Academy F. Faruffini under the guidance of Maestro Fumagalli. Ceppatelli is a refined interpreter of Macchiaioli and Impressionist painting, capable of capturing the light and the essence of the Maremma and the Tuscan hills with a tactile and vibrant technique.
The proposed works show the artist's maturity in handling the volumes of the landscape through bold brushstrokes and a chromatic sensibility that recalls great masters such as Fattori and Lega.

• Work 1: "Tuscan Landscape" (yellow fields), Oil on panel, cm 50x15. Dated 1990 and signed bottom left.
• Work 2: "Tuscan Landscape" (little church/farmhouse), Oil on canvas, cm 20x30. Signed bottom left.
• Work 3: "Tuscan Landscape" (hills), Oil on panel, cm 20x40. Signed bottom right.
Artistic Characteristics:
• Technique: Oil on panel/canvas with a strong tactile effect (palette knife and rough brushwork).
