Note: We at Neo Dad S.r.l. care about our bikes, therefore we commit to shipping them with great care.
We will pack your new bicycle in the best possible way to ensure safe transport.
To protect your bike as best as possible, in 90% of cases we will disassemble the wheels, pedals and rotate the handlebars.
Once it arrives home it will be easy to reassemble.
Our packaging involves padding and protection of all components with high-quality bubble wrap, while the carton for the package will be made with multiple layers of recycled cardboard, achieving good thickness and strength of the package.
We always aim to create compact and not-too-bulky packages... Which translates into a significant reduction of environmental impact during shipping/transport.
The shipping costs shown at purchase take all of this into account, as well as the time involved, the choice of the best available courier, and fast delivery times (so you receive the goods as soon as possible)
1) National Shipping in Italy: 50 EURO
2) International/Worldwide Shipping: 150 EURO

We reserve the right to notify you if shipping costs should change due to:
- Remote locations (where delivery service is more complicated and therefore expensive)
- Very distant destinations from Italy
- Islands
- Requests for additional services (e.g., delivery by appointment)

Additionally, please note that there may be delays in shipments/deliveries during the month of August.
