For all watches with steel bracelets and leather, rubber, nato, etc., it is possible to remove links and resize with the necessary tools; if you are not able to do it yourself, please ask a professional
All automatic watches require winding from the crown on first use; merely moving the wrist is not sufficient to maintain the required power reserve

RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH DATE
To avoid possible damage to the movement, please do not set the date from the crown when the time is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is advisable to set the date when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models have a screw-down crown; for the settings, gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Do not forget to securely screw the crown back after you finish adjusting.)
