Since the 17th century the Giusti family has cared for their Balsamic Vinegar, passing down a recipe that results in complex harmony of flavors and in products of excellence appreciated around the world.
Five bottles in the “Champagnotta” 250 ml format of the highly prized ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA IGP, packaged in their own elegant presentation case.
1 BOTTLE "A SILVER MEDAL" 250 ML.
Characterized by a rich aroma and a full, round balsamic acidity, the “Silver Medal” represents a highly aromatic product capable of intensifying the flavor of dishes to which it is added. Suitable for both raw use and cooking.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In 1900 French oak casks with the addition of already aged balsamic vinegar drawn from centuries-old cask batteries.
1 BOTTLE "TWO GOLD MEDALS - THE CLASSIC" 250 ML.
A historic product of Acetaia Giusti, the “Classic” is a balsamic of great versatility, suitable for both cooking and raw use. Of good density and excellent sweet-sour balance, it is distinguished by notes of ripe fruit and hints of licorice and black pepper.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In barriques, with addition of already aged balsamic vinegar drawn from centuries-old cask batteries.

Dedicated to the ancestor who invented the recipe at the beginning of the 20th century, it is made from musts of ripe, dried grapes. Aromas of plum jam and red fruit intertwine with notes of honey and vanilla in this balsamic of great density and sweetness, perfect for raw-dressing a wide variety of preparations, from sweet to savory.
