The Modena IGP Balsamic Vinegar “Bordolese” is characterized by pronounced balsamic acidity and a rich bouquet of woody and spicy notes.
Aging this balsamic in ancient oak casks, together with the sweetness of the cooked must and the pleasant acidity of wine vinegar, enhances and balances the unmistakable sweet-and-sour notes of this product.
