Lot consisting of 2 bottles (2 Capri line, 2 Biolio line and 1 Sabina line) of 500 ml, of Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by Azienda Agricola Centonze Antonino, Sicily - Italy.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Riserva Blend".
Spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent.
Medium-light fruity flavor, rounded and full.
Great balance with a finish of tomato, almond and artichoke.
Ideal with all fish but also with legume soups, red meats, cheeses and all vegetable-based dishes.
Our oil is a “unicum” precisely due to the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by minerals abundant in the tufa rock on which they rise majestically.
The location transmits to the olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, even though Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced organoleptic notes typical of Sicilian cultivars.
Centonze oil is characterized, like a pure food ideal for enhancing all flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, with its green color, fruity aroma and a rich and complex aromatic composition.
