RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH DATE
To avoid possible damage to the movement, please do not set the date with the crown when the time is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is recommended to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models have a screw-down crown; for settings, gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Do not forget to tighten the crown properly after adjusting the desired settings.)
