Cenere is a design sculpture by Manuel Panero / Asmat Design, combining white, silver and grey elements with wood and fused polymers, measuring 150 × 90 cm with a 15 cm depth, Italy, 2026, in as-new condition.
Description from the seller
The work presents itself as an expression of fused polymers that break the boundaries of the frame, altering the density of a fossil-like structure with downward fluid flows. The silver core, characterized by a dense network of voids and shadows.
Whites, greys and metallic reflections cloak the material, giving it three-dimensionality and recalling the coldness of ash. The insertion of broken wood and jagged edges emphasizes a sense of destruction and rebirth, transforming the work into a dynamic, ever-expanding event, a sense of destruction and rebirth.
MANUEL PANERO / ASMAT DESIGN
Manuel Panero is a young artist who has made material experimentation his stylistic hallmark. Through the Asmat Design project, Manuel explores the boundary between visual art and interior design, transforming industrial and natural materials into energy-charged works.
His work is distinguished by the ability to manipulate matter: polymers melt, wood breaks, and forms expand beyond conventional limits. For Manuel, every creation is a dialogue between destruction and rebirth, where the artistic gesture breaks the order of form to seek one that is new, deeper and more three-dimensional.
Manuel Panero does not create simple objects, but tactile and visual experiences capable of bringing into everyday environments the raw and fascinating force of matter in constant evolution.
