artigianale - Bedspread - 265 cm - 265 cm - Manual frame

Exclusive vintage bedspread/comforter made from a hand-woven loom fabric from the 1940s.
Made for domestic use and intended as a dowry.
It consists of three panels, each 80 cm wide, tightly sewn together by hand to form a single large cover (domestic looms were about 70/80 cm in size).
Along three sides it features a border of about 10 meters of filet lace, also handmade.
This fabric has substantial weight, is dense and durable, making it warm in winter and cool in summer, suitable for other uses as well (sofa covers, etc.).
White in color, simple yet elegant.
Carefully kept and never used.
A piece whose peculiarity makes it exclusive.
I have carried out an initial wash to remove the dust of time. It may still show traces of time.
