A Roman bronze head from a statuette, 1st-3rd century A.D.
The head is finely modelled with rounded youthful features, defined eyes, nose and mouth, and thick curly hair framing the face. A circular hole is present at the centre top of the head, probably intended for attachment or suspension. The surface displays a smooth dark brown patina.
