Paix Dieu is a powerful (10% alc.), unfiltered Belgian Tripel, known as the 'beer of the month' because it is brewed exclusively during a full moon by Brasserie Caulier. This golden-blonde abbey beer is known for its creamy head, smooth taste with spicy and fruity notes (banana, apricot), and a subtle, long bitterness.

To honor the soul of the original Paix Dieu Abbey, Caulier brews this beer only during a full moon.
